First draw the stars and then at each corner first draw the curved lines so that you can easily draw the body of the peacock..then add other patterns one by one

Step 1: First place 4 rows of 12 dots

Step 2:Place 10 dots above &below the 4 rows  leaving each dot on right & left.

Step 3:Then place 8,6,4 dots one after other same like 10 dots.
